Care have just launched our Reasonable Adjustments Policy
We want our tenants and their representatives to be aware that Care has a duty to carry out certain adjustments when we are requested to do so. This could be a range of things such as providing documents or information in an accessible format or assisting with physical changes to our properties (where they are reasonable and will remove a substantial disadvantage that a disabled person faces).


If you are a Care tenant, or someone acting on a tenant’s behalf, and you’d like to request an adjustment to your home or any of our services to make them more accessible to you, please contact our housing officer team on 0345 4377367 or email so we can discuss your request.
