From 1st November, we were delighted to welcome Chris to team. Chris is by no means a stranger to us as he been the face of Care’s responsive repairs service for the majority of our stock for the last 6 years. His new role as Contracts Manager will involve dealing with repairs calls across our North West properties, as well as overseeing our maintenance and compliance contracts in other areas. John Southworth Builders, Chris’ previous employer, provided the maintenance service in the North West and Yorkshire prior to Chris joining our team, and they have been really supportive in helping us as we reconfigure our services to ensure value for money and excellent customer service.
Chris was keen to maintain the relationship with our team and tenants and has received some amazing feedback over the past few years, which was the main factor in him becoming part of our in-house team. ‘I really enjoyed the previous 6 years working on behalf of Care for my previous employer John Southworth Builders. When the opportunity came to work for Care I was well prepared from my previous experience, and I am delighted to join the team.’
