We have been presented with many challenges in 2021-22. Some of these are specific to our sector, such as likely legislative changes, driving quality and sustainability of our properties, and trying to grow our business so we can meet the growing need for supported housing. Other wider challenges such as rising costs and inflation, have also meant we have to carefully consider how we deal with the future. Our Annual Report shows how we have risen to these challenges, and how we are meeting our tenants needs in doing so. We hope you enjoy reading it!
