Complaints

Care Housing Association aims to provide customers with the best service possible, however, we acknowledge that sometimes things go wrong. We may not always know when this happens, so encourage customers and their representatives to tell us in order for us to try and put things right.
Below you can find links to our Complaints Policy and Procedure, our self-assessment against the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaints Handling Code and our Annual Complaints Performance Report. Tenant satisfaction measures

In March 2024 Care asked our tenants to answer questions about their satisfaction with our services. The results are detailed in the linked booklet below which was also posted to households in May 2024.
We will work to improve the things that tenants were not happy with and future survey results will be added to this page.
