Care Housing Association mission statement

Care Housing Association (Care) provides specialist supported housing in the North of England for people with learning disabilities and autism who require support. We partner with public and third sector organisations in the health and social care sectors to provide high quality, sustainable housing designed to enable our tenants to live as independently as possible within communities. Care is a Registered Provider with the Regulator of Social Housing and also a registered charity.

Sourcing specialist accommodation for Local Authorities, Support Providers and NHS England

Developing bespoke accommodation to meet individuals’ needs

Assistance with claiming housing benefit

Arranging for contractors to carry out works that are tenant responsibility

Assistance in providing furniture

Maintaining homes to an excellent standard

Maintaining the safety of our homes

Advising on neighbour relationships and helping to resolve conflicts

A dedicated repairs service which can be accessed out of hours
